David and Carmel Meurant are friendly, hard working Aussies who get up early to keep their place running and smile as the work gets done.

Spend some time with them and their children, Cameron, Kimberly, Scott and Courtney and get a first-hand look at a sheep station in the great Outback of Queensland.

While you’re there, you can go on property tours or join some of the daily activities around the station. Nature lovers will be well rewarded on bushwalks, and it’s an area that appeals to photographers and birdwatchers too.

David and Carmel's efforts have been recognised and they are winners of the "Hosted Accommodation" for 2004 award at the Outback Queensland Tourism Awards.
